A punishing but fascinating 24 mile trek from Lostwithial across Bodmin moor and through picturesque villages and farms, arriving in Launceston in early evening.

Yet more wonderful words of encouragement and recognition from passers-by, including an elderly lady who bought us 2 Cornish pasties which were consumed very quickly! Stopped by the 9th Century King Doniert’s stone, erected to commemorate the last recorded King of Cornwall.
