Another day of hard and fast road walking for the Big Blind Walk. A mix of quiet B roads surrounded by rhododendrons and acres of yellow flowering gorse sweeping down to the Cromarty Firth dotted with oil rigs and then the A9 heading towards and over the Donorch Firth.

Hugely impressive bridges. Blessedly sunny. Wonderful responses from drivers and walkers who recognised us from recent radio and press coverage, as well as 2 lady riders who cantered home to donate online – thanks so much!
